Fenugreek Seeds (Trigonella Foenum Graceum) are small, yellowish-brown in color, pleasantly bitter taste and a peculiar odour and flavour of its own. It is used in curry powders, and many spice blends. India is a major producer and exporter of fenugreek seeds.
